Scott's role as a Managing Partner is both challenging and rewarding. Prior to joining the company in 1991, Scott was a small business owner and New York Life customer.

In 1995, he was appointed to the Sales Manager position. He was later promoted to the Senior Partner position before assuming the role of Managing Partner.

Scott received his Chartered Life Underwriter Designation from the American College in October 1999.

Scott's job responsibilities are to continue to recruit, train and supervise the field force of the Idaho General Office.
